How to complain about a school？

Teacher Record is a job board, where schools and teachers can find each other.

What we can do is to make sure that all the schools and their positions are authentic on the job board

But we don’t engage in the school recruitment and they make their decision directly. So we may not know if they treat teachers professionally.

In this case, your experience during the recruitment process is important for us to evaluate those schools.

So if you have had any unfair experience with a school, we suggest you can submit your complaint to us.

And we will try to investigate. Once it is confirmed, we may expose your case to other teachers, so they will learn from what you have experienced.

Then other teachers will appreciate everything you shared.
